Does my flashlight come with a warranty or replacement guarantee?

What's included in the box?

Each X-Series flashlight ships with the light, a USB-C charging cable, and the rechargeable battery for your model. Accessories can vary by model, so check the full box contents on your product page: X14, X16, X30, or XP40.

Do I need to fully charge it before using it for the first time?

Yes — charging fully before first use gives you an accurate read on runtime and ensures the battery is properly calibrated from the start, even though the light will work on a partial charge.

Is it ready to use right out of the box?

Most models ship with the battery installed and ready to go after an initial charge. If your model ships with the battery separate, insert it following the orientation guide in your quick-start card before charging.
