You can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be brand new, unused, and unopened, in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included, along with proof of purchase.

Start a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at flashlights@creelightinghome.com or through Live Chat with your order number. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging, and don’t send anything without an RA number, since unauthorized returns may not be accepted. A flat $14.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund for each return shipment. The remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Visibly used, opened, modified, or damaged items; refurbished, open-box, clearance, or final-sale items; products missing accessories; and products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are all non-returnable.
